first time wearing so formal.. it’s our first formal presentation for macroeconomics..
Those guys who speak vulgar words all the time, when they’re presenting, they looks so weird.. haha.. the girls all look gorgeous… pretty.. woo~ haha..

NYPTKD!

i bagan to like my cca very much.. it’s a time when i can scream and shout all i want, to vent all my anger and unhappiness.. although the training is very shag and tiring, it’s a chance for me to lose weight and not to think of anything.. focus! nowadays, troubles kept piling up, but all i can do is to take it.. during the practising of our kicks, by aiming the targets, we have to kick fast and hard.. in the correct way.. when we’re kicking, every single one have to shout.. loud!!

the most shag thing during training is not the kicks but the warming up.. pumping, clutches, and the tedious one, doing pumping when we’re doing the splits.. damn tedious, esp for the girls.. oh ya.. plus the running.. we have to do different types of patterns when we’re running.. for example, we have to run, then doing a bowling stunt, continue running, bowling stunt agn, run and bowling stunt.. also, run, jump, split with both hands touching the toes.. haha.. there are more.. though shag, but i find it interesting and fun.. and plus the motivation we’re giving for everyone… NYPTKD: WE ARE A TEAM!!

i have made many friends also… they’re a bunch of nice and sweet people…

after east coast trip…
